Acceptable Use

The short version

SecretRoom is an adults-only service for consensual, fictional, adult roleplay and companionship. The rules below exist to keep it legal and safe. They are not optional, and breaking them can end your account immediately and, for the most serious cases, be reported to the authorities.

Zero tolerance: minors

Any attempt to create, request, describe, or obtain sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, is strictly forbidden. This includes characters described as minors, age-play framed as minors, and any content that sexualizes childhood. We use automated and human review to detect this, terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use SecretRoom to create, request, or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or anyone depicted, described, or implied to be under 18.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including content depicting rape or coercion presented as real and endorsed.
• Sexual content involving real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes, look-alikes, or impersonation of public figures.
• Bestiality, or sexual content involving animals.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or other serious violence.
• Content that harasses, threatens, defames, doxxes, or incites hatred against a person or group.
• Anything that is illegal where you live or where the service operates.

Account and service abuse

You also may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account, or let a minor access it.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to SecretRoom or content generated through it.
• Use the service to deceive, defraud, or extract payment from others.

Reporting

If a persona generates something that breaks these rules, report the message from within the chat, or email support@secretroom.so. We review every report and act on the account and content as needed.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund. For conduct that endangers others, especially child safety, we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
