How billing works

SecretRoom offers two kinds of purchase. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account. VIP is a recurring subscription billed on a fixed interval (monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout) that renews automatically until you cancel.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Their terms and any crypto network fees apply in addition to this policy. SecretRoom never stores your full card details.

Discreet billing

Charges appear on your statement under a neutral billing descriptor that does not reference SecretRoom or the nature of the content. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will help you identify it.

Cancelling VIP

You can cancel your VIP subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep VIP access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription simply does not renew.

Refunds

Credits and subscription payments are for digital goods and access that are delivered immediately, so all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. We do not refund unused credits or the remaining days of a subscription period after a cancellation.

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or could not access what you paid for because of a technical fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please reach out to us first. Most disputes are a billing descriptor someone did not recognize and are resolved in minutes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
